PLEASE CAN i HAVE APHONE NUMBER WHICH CONECTS ME TO A PERSON

i HAVE A SKY MOBILE CONTRACT FINISHED LAST MONTH i AM THINKING bout going onto a sim but may decide to cancel my account if I can not speak to a person.  I also think I may have been scammed and want to check nothing extra has been billed to my account
