lost phone

why cant i contact sky re my lost phone online. it keeps coming back to a number to call.  i have no phone and live alone

i am so stressed right now. ive not have my phone in 5 days now. i cant even block my cards as the keep sending codes to my phone which i dont have. my phone is in spain and i am in scotland. my watch keeps telling me im getting charged data roaming for i phone i dont have. why cant i speak with a human online. there are no pay phones anymore

So did you lose it in Spain, or did you lose it in the UK but tracking suggests it's in Spain?

Havr you tried contacting Sky via social

media as there are links at the bottom of this page, they can also be contacted by WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.

i lost it at the airport alicante on friday night. I could see it and thought i would get it back on way home but i didnt. i am home now and want sky to sent out a new phone and block my old phone.

i cant go on whatsapp or snapchat without my phone. they keep sending my phone codes. i dont have facebook or anyother socials. whern i lost my phone before i was able to call people through my laptop on snapchat but its not letting me login weith my phone for some strange reason

Not understanding that statement. It seems there's more to this than just a simple loss.

Not that simple. Sky won't just send you a replacement phone. You'll still be liable for any outstanding payments for the one you lost.

You'll have to find a way to call or access social media.

 

They won't just send you a 'new phone'.  You have to buy a new one (and continue paying for the old one).  Of course, if you have insurance you can claim on that.

Sky did sent me a phone through DPD and arrived within 12 hours of calling them once I was able to get hold of someone's phone. I still don't have a sim as that's sent through Royal Mail. 
I was due an upgrade so no issues.

My problem was how to contact sky without access to a phone. 
I feel it should be easier to contact sky through webchats when you don't have a phone but lesson learned. I will keep a cheap backup phone from now on.

Sure... You can order a new phone at any time.  Just remember you'll have to pay for both phones until the balance is cleared on the lost phone.
