does Sky make larger hand sets for people with bad sight and bigger hands , that can be bought

Hi @jeanb1 not that I have seen. I purchased an unlocked phone with large numbers for my mother from Amazon. Try there.

Sky UK, part of Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation) doesn't manufacture or put its branding on any mobile or landline telephone hardware at all.  There's an entirely unrelated smartphone and tablet brand of the same name in the USA.

Sky mobile do sell Doro phones if you are looking a mobile with bigger buttons.
