Ive always paid my phone bill early by putting it as credit and never had an issue, i did the same this month paid 3 days early it took the bill off my account credit on the 23rd and i've recieved and email saying ive not paid my bill, when i go to look on my account however its saying it has been paid?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs long as it is showing as paid on your account and that the total is £0.00 so meaning you don't owe anything then you should be ok to ignore the email.
