Free Samsung Buds?

I upgraded to a S23 ultra a few months ago, and thought I was entitled to free Samsung buds. Do I need to clIm anywhere?

It depends on the specific offer terms - you either needed to have added them to the basket at time or purchase or claim them separately from Samsung.

You are to late now as you needed to have added the to your basket at the same time you placed the order for the phone as per the instructions on the website if this is how you placed your order.
