issue with new SIM

I initially ordered a new e sim and wanted to port my number over on the 13th of may

got an email to say there was an issue withy the esim and a week later I rang sky support.

they sent me out a physical sim in place of the esim but i cant acivate it .

I am seeing the following message when logged into my mobile in my sky

'We're just getting your plan ready, please check back later."

my current mobile plan is due to run out today so looks like I will loose my phone number and have to get a new one.

 

rang sky cusotmer service who are useless and did not help

 

any ideas what to do ?

Who is this plan with?  If you obtain a PAC code then it's valid for 30 days.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
