Replacement eSIM loop

Hi, I got a new phone and I need a new eSIM, I have tried online and via app to order a replacement eSIM but I never get the code I don't know what to do, can get I touch with customer service either WhatsApp never connects me to an agent and I can't spend another hour on the phone... can anyone help?
