iphone with no esim

hello, ive recently been delivered a new phone and i wasnt sent a im card or an esim setup paper, but i ordered the 100GB of data pack, not really sure what to do, thank you

If you ordered a actual sim then it is usually sent with the phone so as it hasn't been you could order yourself another one from here:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.

im 99% sure i ordered esim but the option to set that up is blank

All you can do then is to get in touch with Sky support about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from another Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
