Run out of data message but on unlimited data?

Hey! I've been with sky 3 months now and I get messages every single day to that I've run out of data yet I'm on unlimited data. This is causing g me an issue now as I'm unable to use some apps like Spotify in my car and unable to contact my ring door bell when out and about.

Some apps continue to work such as WhatsApp and YouTube?

What's going on Sky? You continue you charge me full price each month for my contract but only delivering half the service!

After checking the service status I can see that there is a mast issue but that's a very recent thing and this has been going in for months so I know that's not the issue!

Any support would be appreciated! As this is not the first post I've logged about this and get the generic answers back.

Thanks

@Lucasharts

Have you reported this to Sky since the message appeared? You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. Give them a call when the lines are open by dialling 150 free from your Sky mobile.

@Daniel0210

Thanks for the reply!

I have contacted sky, I go through looking at the same settings every time and they tell me there's a mast issue. Surely a mast issue wouldn't allow me to access anything rather than some?
