iphone 17

I have the new iphone 17 and the mobile coverage is rather wafty !!! My old ipone 14 was wonderful and I am now regretting upgrading !! TBH the coverage has been wafty since I opened the box 33 days ago ,,, is it the phone or SKY ??? I have reset network settings, turned it on and off ,checked esim working etc ... any help would be gratefully recieved ...
