in Japan, unable to make or receive calls on Sky mobile.
Just arrived in Japan. Texts and WhatsApp both working OK as is wifi. Airplanemode is off. Data roaming is on and have cancelled my data roaming cap. After all this, when I try to call any number (with correct country code) , it immediately says "Failed call". And I have not beed able to receive calls.
