Dual sim

Purchased iPhone 16 pro after testing out the z flip6, which is brilliant! It just wasn't for me. I used both my sky sims with the Samsung, one physical and the other eSIM, at the same time might I add. 
im trying to do the same on this iPhone and it's not having it at all. I've had 2 replacement sims and multiple attempts with QR codes and what not. 
please help 😩

does apple support dual sim use? Using both at the same time like Samsung?
