iPhone 17 pro swap

Hi,

I need help getting the tracking information for my original phone. I initiated a swap from an iPhone 17 Pro to an iPhone 18 Pro, but I rejected the low valuation the warehouse offered me. I received an official email confirming the iPhone 17 Pro would be mailed back to me.

To be 100% clear: I am currently using the new iPhone 18 Pro and I am absolutely keeping it. I never clicked the return button for it, its contract is fully active, and my next Sky bill correctly shows that I am paying for both the 17 Pro and the 18 Pro agreements. My plan is to sell the 17 Pro privately once it arrives to clear its remaining balance.

However, phone support agents keep telling me my account is "under review" because I previously inquired about returning the 18 Pro. There is no active return on the 18 Pro—I am keeping it.

Could an online Sky Moderator please escalate this to the support team so someone can check the warehouse notes and provide the tracking link for my returned iPhone 17 Pro?

I'm also very tired of being told it's under review. I don't get what needs to be reviewed? The email clearly states this is fine. And nobody of fluent english can get what I'm saying, which is okay not their fault. But it's hard to get them to understand what I'm saying. Please resolve this thank you!

If it is under review for whatever reason then there isn't anything anyone on here will be able to do to speed this process up.

It doesn't say on my app it's under review and got no such email either. Just someone saying someone will get back to me but they obviously just don't know what they're talking about.
