I keep trying to activate my replacement sim but it keeps telling me to link my sky ID and brings me back to the same page each time. It shows I'm logged in as Jennifer Peach as my sky ID but doesn't allow me to link the id so I can activate the sim. I've put in my debit card account number and postcode etc loads
If you call Sky they should be able to activate it for you.
