Has anyone ordered the PM in silver 256gb on the 13th had theres yet?

Ordered mine on the 12th with delivery on the 19th. 

Needless to say im still trying to guess whats happening as Ihave had zero updates from anyone, nothing in my messages on the app either.

Shows online - for sky "backordered online" just tried to order from a couple different places getting dates between 14th oct and 1st November

I had a phone call earlier again, I've been told my pro max should be with me the first week of October, however my app still says coming soon so may be worth giving a call and seeing what they say

Phoning is useless you get a different story every time the last being although you pre ordered minutes after it went live your at the bottom of a pile and we will get to you when we get to you could be 2 weeks could be 2 months

I have tried the text support but all they keep saying is 'rest assured,  it will arrive'. Which is even more frustrating! 

Due to Work I will struggle to be on the phone for an hour to be put through to a manager.

I raised a formal complaint last weekend via the website, but nothing from them either.

A communications company who doesnt communicate!

I put in a complaint in to sky at 13:47 today and by 15:33 Dpd had been booked and just had a message from Dpd that my package is on the way to my local branch

He told me on the phone they did get stock today which has already been allocated so if you don't have an email by 5 your not getting the phone till the next batch at least . Not sure how true that is

They also put in a complaint for me which they then closed minutes later with no result or contact

Did they let you do a complaint in one call? I was told I'd get a call back in 72 hours...

My dpd tracking has updated to show on the way to the local depot so fingers crossed for delivery tomorrow!!

They said we will raise a complaint for you and someone will call you, no one did it was closed minutes after they raised it

I was told the same earlier. You should hear by 5pm if its due nxt couple of days. I received a email from sky and dpd at about 3.30 to say its coming
