Been a silent lurker but finally got a message to say my phone is at the local depot so hopefully should be getting it tomorrow!

I ordered the Pro Max in Orange at around 9pm on the 12th. Hope you all get yours soon!

My first comment here, glad to see I'm not in the boat alone!! Ordered 17 PM in Cosmic Orange on 12th at about 1:30pm and still 'awaiting dispatch' and not a single update since except an email confirming my order a few hours later. 

who else is the same? 😄

no matter who you speak to, complain to or whatever... people who have ordered days after are receiving hardware and we aren't. It's shocking

On the exact same boat here . Ordered mine at 13:30 and nothing ever shared besides the confirmation email that same day

It seems everyone is experiencing the same issues. I’ve called multiple times and each time I’m given a different story. The lack of clear communication has been extremely frustrating, and for that reason I will be refusing my delivery and taking my business elsewhere. If I had been given an honest update from the start, I could have accepted the delay, but the constant false promises and inconsistent information have been unacceptable.

Posted before but , I got threw to a lovely Irish man a few days ago he said they were all sent an email stating that there's been an error and if you preordered day 1 your at the back of the queue if you ordered more recently they are getting yours out asap

Been on the phone for over an hour trying to sort out my phone delivery. Everyone  i speak to puts me on hold and then someone else answers and asks what they can do to help. Had to explain it all again. One guy picked  up and said don't worry I will sort it out for you. Puts me on hold and some else picks up. I have been sent around the houses only to be told I can give you £10 compensation. I actually laughed out loud. Was then told by the last person not to fill out the feedback form as it will close my complaint I have raised. You can't make this up!
