Galaxy buds 3 pro
I have been trying to return buds 3 pro since May. Promised 3 times to have returns envelope sent out but nothing. Sky customer service is shocking. Made a complaint they text to say they would call me in 2 days that was over a week ago, just phoned up to be told due to technical issue I would need to phone again. Call ended. I have been paying for this without being able to use just cancelled direct debit with bank as I don't know what else to do. Wish I never came to sky.
Does anyone know if there is a direct dial for customer complaints.
Any help would be appreciated.

I guess I am just annoyed as going on since May. I got a text on 17th stating they will be in touch within 2 days.
