iPhone 17 pro max

I strongly do not recommend Sky. I had a battery issue with a new phone I paid for, and when I sent it for repair, they kept it for a month, leaving me without a phone. This was very unprofessional. Maybe I was unlucky, but this could happen to anyone. I will no longer enter into any contracts with them.

@Mc09

Sky simply don't provided loaned mobiles whilst a customers mobile is being repaired. They never have.

...and it's the same for the majority of vendors.  Some do offer loaners but are subject to additional agreements.

Re: iPhone 17 pro max

So right now, as I’m speaking to you, I still haven’t received my phone and it’s been a month. They’re telling me they don’t even know where it is. Every customer service agent I call says they have no idea where my phone is. They’ve also sent emails to the repair team, and up until now—still no response. This is honestly crazy.

Hi @Mc09  not the experience of most customers or sky mobile wouldn't be able to operate. I have been with sky mobile for quite a few years and found them to be on a par with other mobile companies.

How old was the phone when the issue appeared?

At the very least you need to raise a formal complaint so you can use ADR if needed.

Re: Buy to apple, no Sky

I've had this problem for a month and a half, and I sent it to you. So when I got back, I contacted them and sent my phone. They kept it for, well, what, a month, and I still haven't received my phone. I don't know who to complain to, because when I go to the shop, they don't know what to do.

You're not talking to Sky here...

Not to us. We are customers on here.

No point in going to a Sky pop-up shop if that's where you've been.As already advised you need to make a complaint

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Sky will then have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or you can request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.
