iPhone 17 not working

I did tech pack insurance of my new iPhone 17 pro max after that my phone not working it's like switching off Even I charge my phone but not working

It's not clear if you have separate insurance?  (Probably irrelevant here as under warranty unless special terms)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
