iPhone 16 not in service

I have an iPhone 16, I have activated my sim and tried all of the tips to get service and nothings working I have no service anywhere. Is there anything else I can do or is there an external issue?

I've been through all of the fix problems page and nothing it suggests has fixed it and it states on there that I should have good coverage on 4G.
