iPhone 16 issue

I have purchased the new IPhone 16 in the te al colour. 

This arrived today however, it doesn't work.

It will not let me access the phone no matter what I try. I have turned it off and still the same.

The phone has also heated up to the point it's hot to touch.

If you believe the phone to be faulty you would need to call Sky who will arrange for it to be sent out way to be looked at.
