My iPhone suddenly won't charge and the cable seems to fall out. Charging port in phone looks ok. Tried different cables

Sounds like it needs repairing but may not be covered under warranty as sounds like it could be considered wear and tear.

Perhaps take it to your nearest Apple store for an opinion?
