@Kieren515

This is what you need to do:

Tap Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data > Turn on VoLTE.

Re: iPhone 15. Turning Volte on

I do not have VoLTE listed only 5G Auto, 5G On and 4G. My phone will not turn off with the side button as it should.

This has started happening in the last couple of days. Today I cannot get onto the internet unless connected to Wi-Fi.

Has my phone been hacked? I had the same issue not being able to use my data 2 months ago. I found out my Sky account had been hacked into.

Please help as I need my Sky data to use Google maps.

You hold the side button with either the volume + or - button for the option to shutdown to appear.

The VoLTE option only appears if the network supports it.  (E.g. where roaming in the USA)

This is nothing to do with VoLTE (which is voice calls over data setting).

Does your account show a SIM?  Is there spare data showing on that SIM?  Does your phone show a cellular connection?

Have you contacted Sky about your account being 'hacked' in to?  Have you changed the password?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
