iPhone 13

Hi my sons iPhone 13 was stolen from him 2 weeks ago I have reported it stolen to the police 

I am trying to sort out the insurance claim and it's asking me for proof of usage ? Iv sent every email of the contract etc  that I have from sky but it's still asking for proof of usage ? What else do I need ? Thanks

You say you've reported it to the Police. Have you reported it to Sky? 

This was posted by a Sky employee previously :

"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills."


edit: Two weeks down the line it might not help but you've not nothing to lose by registering the stolen phone on the Immobilise website as well

Yes reported to sky immediately and had it blacklisted too
