Hi

I am trying to purchad two new phones for me and my wife , we have existing data plans we would like to keep but the ordering process requires us to purchase new plans no option to buy without plan or keep existing plan ,

The only way you are going to be able to do this is by calling Sky and have them place the order for you. 150 is the free number to use from either mobile.

When you add the devices to the basket the next page has an option 'I don't need a data plan'.

This is what i was led to believe but No option on page for no data plan

I just tested it, works fine. Hit add to basket and the next page has the option 'I don't need a data plan'.

Try a different browser and/or clear cookies etc.
