iPhone 13 Issues with Face ID Activation

Hello There, 

 

Its been 3-4 weeks my iphone 13 face id is not working and it just randomly stopped and I'm strugling to do my apple pay payments and its very time consuming to alway put my passcode to unlock the phone and also for privacy concern I need this fixed urgently.

Are you up to date with the latest software, if you are and if you have an Apple store nearby you might want to get them to look at it for you.

I would peform a reset of the face scan - reset it back up from scratch.

 

If it's a hardware fault then you'll have to return it for repair.  How old is it?
