Hi, I am currently on a city break in Rome and have not got any service, neither have I received a text welcoming me into the country offering data. I urgently need help, I have no data or service!!

Do you have a spend cap set and is it high enough to cover the daily £2 charge ?

Have you tried searching for alternative networks to see if your device will connect to any others ?

Hi @rebeccafrances have you made sure roaming and mobile data are on in your phone settings ?
