i'm still waiting for my old mobile number to be moved over to Sky

can you explain why my phone  number is taking so long to bring over?

Hi @Davidmcc1 you aren't talking to sky CS here so we can only offer suggestions. Are you porting from a different network to Sky ? Did you get and activate a new sky sim ? If yes when did you give Sky your PAC from your old network ?
