After numerous emails and phone calls from SKY insisting that I update my sim card I attempted to update my sky eSIM. A Sky support member assisted and advised that I needed to add a new eSIM. This worked for a few days but has now stopped working and I now have no connection to any network. I am currentlly roaming ijn Portugal and am without a phone. Anyone else experiencing issues with this? I tried the sky help, but after going through the recomendations they are indicating a phone issue and advising a full reset. As my phone works fine with another sim card, this is obviously not an issue with the phone. I still have the old sky sim card, but I'm not sure that this will work.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @YC13 have you tried turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings then do a manual search and choose from the list there ? Also have you checked your monthly spend cap is set high enough ?

Yes, tried to connect to the different networks manually, but it won't connect to any of them.

Now installed my old sim card, but it says it is not provisioned. Tried switching back to esim 1, also not provisioned. Tried switching back to the new esim2 and restarted phone, still can't connect to any of the networks.

Sky bot assistance is useless. No way of contacting Sky as I have no phone.

Tried phoning for a few hours this morning. Going around in circles as they keep wanting to text me information. Finaly managed to get through to a person, but his system had frozen and he had to disconnect me, so I've started going around in circles again. Useless customer service.
