My ex patner stole my card without me knowing and took out a phone in my name i have not got the phone and i haven't got the money to pay the bill because i only live on beneifits.

So presumably you reported the theft to the police and they are investigating? Have you reported this to Sky and given them the crime number?

I have not been given a crime number but the police have written down the case

You need to obtain the crime reference number and pass it to Sky.
