I need an E-sim card for a new samsung galaxy s25 ultra but not sure if I have asked them to order that rather than a plastic one. How can I check or change it?

Hi @Clarisse+1978  if you receive a physical one then once activated it's a simple process to convert it to an esim. What does your order say you have asked for ?
