eSim

I've tried to activate new eSIM on my daughters new phone using the QR code on my Sky app but it comes up with an error 'unable to activate'. I tried ordering a new one through the app but the number to send the security code is not any of our numbers (it must be the SIM number before her old number transfers so we don't have access to it). What can I do?
