eSim

Hi, got a new iPhone 14 Plus, but I can't get mobile data on it, help asked to scan a qr code but I can't find on. Help please

If you have a physical sim then have you activated it ?

Hi I haven't got a physical sim apart from the one in my old phone, this iPhone has an eSIM

You can use a physical sim in the iphone 14 otherwise have you activated the esim:
