Can I settle my existing contract and just carry on with sim until I decide on my new phone without loosing my piggybank roll over data. @Paul+Boland

No new sim is required as you just need to order the device itself then use this link for the claim for the Chromebook:

Yes, the piggybank is only lost if you cancel the last SIM on your account.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thanks for coming back to me. I wonder if you could help with another question. The next phone I'm looking at comes with a (what appears to be) a free chromebook are there any 'strings' to this offer eg additional costs other than sim. Thanks

Thanks for that. So it doesn't let you pay more upfront. I have the offer of a money present which I was going to put as upfront to allow my payments to be reduced for the term, but how I read from the link you sent Sky don't allow this. Thanks for your help

You can make extra payments by calling Sky on the number shown on the link as it looks like you can't do it youyrself via your online account.

Any particular reason why you linked Paul Boland in your question (and title ).

 

As far as I know he is a fellow customer who posts mainly in the Sky Glass/streaming section and  not mobile.
