eSIM

I recently bough an iPad and I was trying to activate the eSIM. I followed the steps and activated it successfully online and I just needed to scan the QR code and activate it on my iPad. It didn't work as I input the wrong confirmation pin. I got rid of the QR code but I needed to try again. I still need to activate the sim on my iPad however every time I go to manage sim on my account online the page crashes. I just need the QR code so I can activate it on the iPad but I cannot get through to the manage sims page online. Please help.

It mght be that you would need to delete/cancel this esim and order yourself another one, if you need help on doing this you will have to call Sky.
