Technical issue with adding to basket

Hi,

 

I'm trying to add an accessory to the basket for purchase and each time, regardless of what accessory - AirPods, watch, pencil etc, it says there is a technical issue.

 

this doesn't happen when I try to add a laptop or phone to my basket, only when on accessories.

 

does anyone know how to rectify this? It has been like this for over a week now. Or does anyone know who to contact to resolve this?

Call Sky by dialling 150 from your Sky mobile and an agent can place the order on your behalf and investigate why you're having this problem.
