eSIM stopped working

My Sky eSIM stopped working just over two weeks ago before I went on holiday. I am now back and nothing has changed. I have tried requesting a replacement eSIM but nothing comes through. I desperately need this sorted as I need my phone working for work and currently I can't do anything off WiFi.

You will have to find a way to speak to Sky support about this so if you have another phone then you could call them otherwise they can be contacted via social media via the lines if Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
