Apple Watch return

I purchased the Apple Watch SE and have opened to set up. I realised this one doesn't have the ecg and would like to swap for a different model. Even though it's been opened and set up will I be able to return this?

You have 31 days under the cooling off rules to change your mind so you will need to call Sky about this, 150 is the number to call them on.
