Hi ! Actually i ordered airpods & i opened about 22 days ago. I want to replace or swap with other model because this model was ordered by me mistakenly.

You will need to call Sky from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it on the 150 number and explain this to them as you are still within the 31 days cooling off period window.
