eSIM not working after phone repair/ reset iPhone 16
I had my iPhone phone repaired by Apple today. Following the repair the phone was reset to factory settings. This means that the ESIM card was removed. I have tried to reinstall the SIM card but get error messages when I try to do so.
I am unable to use my phone to make calls and as I live alone, can't call Apple to resolve this. Also, I am unable to receive any text messages or calls.

Unfortunately, I get the message, "unable to install eSIM" when I attempt to do so.
