eSIM not ready in my account

Ordered mobile on my account 16/9/25

 

got email to say will email me when eSIM ready. No email has come. Account says eSIM not ready yet we are working on it when I click in to activate

It shouldn't take 3 weeks to be ready so I would get in touch with Sky by either calling them or using the social media links at the bottom of the page for help with this.
