eSIM installation

I got a new phone that comes with a data plan. I transferred my number from another network to sky and it was activated. Now I'm trying to install it but it's not working. I also tried to do it manually but it's not working, the 4digit confirmation code i received when I ordered the phone is not working. Now I'm stuck plus I use the phone to work

The conversation chat closed yesterday after I had responded, is it part of the process or something else because the messsage indicated that it will close after 48 hours but mine was just after I had responded
