I received my new phone today- it's an IPhone 14 Plus replacing an IPhone 13 mini.
I had an email with some information about installing an eSIM, I followed the instructions however the installation failed as the I phone 13 mini was not compatible.
I know have both phones with no service so I can not ring customer care for support.
What do I need to do?
