eSIM email

I spoke to sky yesterday morning at 9am.

 

my physical sim wasn't working and it's for my step daughter who doesn't live with me. After going through every trouble shooting option without success we opted to receive a new sim as an eSIM. I was informed I would receive an email. It's now 18 hours since being told this. I've checked trash/spam/junk- no email. How do I escalate this issue?
