Unable to connect Mum’s iPhone to sky mobile, only allowing information about sky box purchases

Unable to connect Mum's phone to sky mobile, saying accounts are linked but only showing information to do with sky box accounts. Unable to see any phone information and when calling sky says we have to use landline number and her phone number isn't recognised. Please help

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
