Unable to roll data

Tried rolling data and keep getting message saying I'm unable to roll data. My sky TV is in cancellation pending (as I've had nothing but trouble) BUT I have not cancelled mobile contract. Just seems weird that it's happened now! Never had this issue before

If it continues call Sky and an agent can move the data over from your Piggybank for you.

I'm having the same issue regarding my phone data I'm also in cancel period with tv

Hopefully just a coincidence as the mobile and TV subscriptions are different accounts.

@Paul+griffiths @It's got to be related issue with the cancellation. Too much of a coincidence. Sky are losing my phone contract too after this. Unfortunately I find them so incompetent these days.

wont roll the piggybank

I have also just cancelled my TV pack and now data will not roll. Pathetic
