I keep trying to activate my eSIM on new phone. Worked fine on old iPhone but changed to new iPhone today and it won't activate. Keeps asking for confirmation code but only have the original one sent and it says not valid. Don't have another phone to call sky off to resolve.

Order a new eseim and then activate it ?
