I have ordered a eSIM from sky to replace a existing sky eSIM and want to keep my number as it's a business number. I have installed the eSIM but it will not activate. The old eSIM was in my brothers name but the new one is in my name.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf esims work the same as a physical sim then it will not be possible to transfer a number between the two Sky accounts.
