data roaming on sky mobile

I have turned on data roaming but still can't access Internet. i dont have spend cap either

Hi @lisapr  what country are you in ? Have you tried manually searching for other networks ? What phone are you using ?

We are having the same on the mrs's and my son's phone since the storms over us yesterday. 
no issues according to sky yesterday, but now they are saying they are having mast issues
