i cannot sign my credit agreement, it says i have linked my sky iD to the acount but when i go to fill in the credit agrement following the link sent to my email, i fill it in only to be sent to the sky mobile online webpage. I have contacted customer service and they said i have two accounts (one being old), but this is no longer connected to me. He tried sending multiple links via text message to sign the agreement and link my sky iD (he is saying its not linked correctly (depsite it saying i am already linked)). I desperatly need a new phone as my current one is crashing every 5 minutes and cannot proceed any further with this order until this is resolved.

If it says it is already linked then are you signed in with the correct details ?

Yes I'm using the most up to date account (same account I use to sign in with for my broadband). Just cannot get the credit agreement to do anything following the link they send me

Do you have any social media account as Sky can be contacted via the links at the bottom of this page so it might be worth trying to contact them via this way to see if they can get to the bottom of this for you.
